About the Role

We’re seeking to hire an experienced Associate Patent Attorney with a background in electrical engineering, software, or computer science.

As an Associate Patent Attorney, you will:

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications. All team members are trained on our Litigation Quality Patents® process.

  • Deliver top-tier concierge-level service through orchestrated systems

  • Collaborate with a driven, respectful team of A-Team Players

  • Support and retain high-quality clients who are serious about innovation and monetization

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications (training in the Litigation Quality Patents® process provided)

Degree in electrical engineering or computer science

GPA of 3.2 or higher on a 4.0 scale – no exceptions

Registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office

Member in good standing of at least one state bar

Additional Requirements

Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time

Authorized to work in the United States

Quiet, professional home office setup with reliable internet and a personal computer suitable for the role

We offer competitive compensation. The base salary for this role is commensurate with experience.

Successful candidates are also eligible to receive substantial monthly and annual performance-based incentive bonuses tied to results and demonstrated excellence.
